PRICES AND PROMOTIONS
All discounts and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are those in effect at the time of order placement. Promotion codes cannot be applied retroactively.
Any promotional discount codes offered must be entered at the time of purchase on Humanscale.com. Promotion codes cannot be applied retroactively.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Humanscale will not charge fees for cancellations or changes to orders placed on Humanscale.com as follows:
- Change requests are accepted up to 24 hours* after order placement.
- Orders for Separation Panels may not be changed or cancelled.
To request an order change or cancellation, submit a Support Ticket.
*Affirm Customers:
- Change requests are not accepted for orders with Affirm as the payment method. Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours after order placement as noted above.
- Refunds on cancelled orders will be issued through Affirm. For more information and support after a refund is issued, please visit the Affirm Help Center.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All parcel shipments are sent with Photo Proof of Delivery. To have the requirement for your shipment removed, submit a Support Ticket to review your order options. If the requirement is removed from your order, Humanscale will not authorize carrier claims on your shipment.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Any delivery issues must be noted at the time of delivery and reported to the carrier and Humanscale (by submitting a Support Ticket) for correction. Claims against Humanscale for shortages, errors, etc., must be made via a Support Ticket within 24 hours from the time of delivery or customer waives right to make such a claim.
INSTALLATION
Installation is not included on orders placed on www.humanscale.com. To request professional installation, submit a Support Ticket.
Please note there is a minimum fee of $250 USD / $315 CAD for all installation requests. Installation may not be available in all areas.
RETURNS
Returns must be requested by submitting a Support Ticket and can only be processed with proof of purchase from Humanscale. For orders placed on Humanscale.com:
- As part of the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, Humanscale will provide a pre-paid return label if the return is requested within 30 days of product receipt. Separation Panel and Summa returns will not be accepted.
- Returns requested after thirty (30) days and up to ninety (90) days of product receipt may be authorized at Humanscale’s sole discretion. If authorized, the return is subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
If Humanscale agrees to restock the product, customer must return it to Humanscale to the original shipping point or as otherwise instructed by Humanscale Customer Care. If the returned product is not in resaleable condition, customer will not receive credit for the return.
- Return authorizations expire sixty (60) days after date of issue.
- Products returned to Humanscale without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
Affirm Customers:
- Returns are subject to Humanscale’s standard terms and conditions and must be requested through the process above. Refunds on returned orders will be issued through Affirm. For more information and support after a refund is issued, please visit the Affirm Help Center.
WARRANTY
Warranties are available to the original end-user customer only and are non-transferable. For these warranties to be valid, the Humanscale product must have been purchased directly from Humanscale.
